Our Mobility, Strength and Functional class is our Pilates-inspired functional group training class. With an emphasis on core development - ‘the foundation’ of the human body, joint mobility and stability, full body conditioning and overall function. Our Mobility, strength and Function classes provide a unique way to:


  • Prevent lower back pain

  • Increase strength and tone, without “bulk’

  • Improve mobility and posture

  • Increase flexibility

  • Improve core strength and function

  • Global conditioning and body re-shaping

  • Complete high intensity exercise using a low impact method

  • Prevent musculoskeletal injuries, including joint and arthritic pain.

  • Recovery form sporting injuries


Classes are run by our Pilates-experienced Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists to allow a structured and educated process to maximise your outcomes as an individual. Classes are performed on a variety of specialised equipment to increase muscle activation patterns and whole body awareness.

All clients will need to have an initial assessment with our Physiotherapist before beginning any class. This will allow for a tailored program designed to YOUR needs to identify all joint instability/restriction or high-risk injury areas.
