SCREP provides Exercise Prescription programs to senior individuals either healthy or with chronic conditions that affect their quality of life. Our classes are conducted in a safe and enjoyable environment under close supervision.

  • Joint Pain- Exercise is proven to reduce joint pain, especially pain associated with Osteoarthritis/Rheumatoid arthritis
