62 to a NEW YOU’ is more than just a generic health and fitness program. Designed by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) as well as a nutrition plan provided by an Accredited Dietitian – this program will not only allow you to reach your weight-loss and fitness goals, it will also help educate on how to maintain your results beyond the 62 days.
