Our 62 To a New You group training program was designed to allow all ages, fitness levels and demographics to access exercise prescription to provide a platform for all individuals to reach their desired goals:
Run by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, this class is designed to:


  • Improve strength and mobility

  • Educate and implement lifestyle modifications

  • Improve weight loss strategies with our inhouse dietician

  • Training methods available to all individuals including those suffering from chronic disease, returning from injury, limb limitations or pain and your ‘everyday’ person looking for a challenge.


Our program consists of:

  • Unlimited indoor/outdoor group fitness classes including boot camp, metabolic conditioning and High intensity interval training (H.I.I.T)

  • 4 Day Resistance Gym Programs

  • 2 x 1 on 1 Training Sessions with AEP (Optional)

  • Weekly Meal Plan provided by an Accredited Dietician

  • ‘62 to a NEW YOU’ Training Singlet

  • Progress photos and Skin fold measurements (Optional)

  • Gifts and Prizes through transformation period

  • End of transformation dinner
